Everything you need to prepare and attend this year’s AGM can be found below:

  • If you wish to put forward a resolution to the AGM, submit it here. You will need to name a seconder from the membership for your resolution. Submission deadline: 5th November

  • If you wish to nominate yourself for a position on the committee, do so here. You will need a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be club members. Submission deadline: 5th November

  • Management Committee willing to stand for re-election. Paul Hunt is stepping down after many years service to the club as treasurer. We are grateful to Emma Shields who has offered to stand for election at the AGM to take on this committee role

  8. Any special matters the Management Committee wants to bring before the membership – none for 2025
