Need your racket regripped or an overgrip replaced?

For a small charge, our club coaches are able to replace your grip or over grip. Just speak to them to arrange when you can drop your racket to them and they can have ready for you to collect.

Need your racket restringing? 

  1. Dean is a local tennis racket stringer who is an active member at the Cassiobury Tennis Club and plays regularly in the clubs Mens A team. Dean is located close to the club in Leavesden and has built up his experience as a stringer for a large online tennis retailer over a number of years. He has access to a wide selection of strings including all those most commonly used and can accommodate requests quickly and efficiently. Prices typically range between £15-£35 depending on the selected strings. Regrips and bumpers/grommets can also be purchased. The standard turnaround time is 2-3 days with an express 24hr service available if needed. He offers local pick up and drop off on request alternatively rackets can be left with Angie Gunn (club coach) at the tennis club.   2. There is an arrangement in place with Mark Everett where members can drop their rackets to Anthony (club coach). Mark will collect them directly from Anthony and then return to him for members to collect.

  3. Some members have also used and recommended Bob Dent, located in Watford Fields. Bob has over 5 decades of stringing experience for ATP, WTA, ITF as well as Orange Bowl winners, county and recreational players. He endeavours to provide a 24 hour turnaround, as long as he has in stock the string your require (if not can recommend an alternative or get your required string delivered in 24 hours). As there are so many strings available and are constantly changing in price, Bob prefers to quote you a price on application, but most prices range from £20 -£48. Also offers re gripping, bumper and grommet replacement.
